Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase
- Damaged items due to misuse or improper handling by the customer
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
How to Initiate a Return

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will arrange an exchange or replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to report the issue.
